Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information DARK SHAN PANEL, operated by Dark Shan Technologies, collects when you use our Service, and how we use, store and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, display name, email address and avatar, as permitted by GitHub OAuth.

Deployment data. Repository names, branches, app names, configuration variables you enter, build/runtime logs and usage metrics for the apps you run.

Billing records. Plans purchased, order/transaction references, amounts and timestamps. We never see or store your card number — payments are entered directly on our payment-gateway partners' secure pages.

Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security (abuse prevention) and to keep the Service working.

Support messages. Anything you send us via the contact form or email, so we can respond.

2. How We Use It

• To provide, operate and secure the Service (deploys, logs, billing, anti-abuse).
• To process payments and apply purchased credits to your account.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send essential service notices (e.g. suspension warnings, purchase receipts).
• To improve the product — in aggregate, never by reading your private code for unrelated purposes.

3. What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never store your payment card details.
• We never use your secrets/config variables for anything other than running your apps.

4. Third-Party Processors

We share the minimum data required with the providers that make the Service work:

• GitHub — authentication and repository access (governed by GitHub's own privacy policy).
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to build and host your applications.
• Payment gateways (licensed, PCI-DSS compliant) — to process your card payments securely.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and security cookies for abuse prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law (financial records may be retained for statutory periods). Application logs are rotated regularly. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see below).

7. Security

We apply industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of secrets, redaction of sensitive values in logs, strict access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a core design goal of the Service.

8. Your Rights

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Export — ask for a copy of your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
